Great variety with smiling and helpful staff
I live on the Westcoast in the U.S. so didn't know what local shops existed in Southampton, so rather than searching local florists - I ORIGINALLY ordered through 1800flowers and after 5 days of thinking my mom would get flowers on her bday, they called this morning and said they couldn't get any of the local shops to deliver to my mom on time.So I did a local search and called Cathy's! I am so happy I did, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they were able to get the flowers to my mom within a few hours even with such short notice! The arrangement they chose is beautiful, and they did it for less than I was originally paying 1800flowers. Needless to say, this is why you should support local businesses. Thank you guys for making my mom's day, it's hard not being there for these occasions - but to see her face (we were on a skype chat when you got there) and see how happy this small gesture made her was as good as it gets.

Over the past many years, I have sent my cousin flowers for the holidays. This year a poinsettia was suggested by Cathy's. I just learned a few days ago from my cousin that the plant that I had had sent to her at Christmas time from Cathy's Flowers 'N Treasures was dead five days after delivery. At that time she had put up a call to the florist to let them know, knowing this was very unusual, and was told they didn't have any more... it was just too bad. No offer was made to send out even a small replacement arrangement. How disappointing.
