so thrilled to be able to come up to cottage and have a fabulous hot yoga class to go to on Friday after the end of the long work week. One of the best classes I have ever been too.Peace

Did a hot flow class on Friday night which was excellent (and very hot ). Instructor was very good. The space was really nice as well. I especially liked the ice cold towels they bring out at the end! Theres a small shop with some goodies for sale including yoga mats. Reasonable price as well.
