Wonderful small town Canadian Tire. Advertised specials were in stock and easy to find. Salespersons were available all around the store and seemed quite knowledgeable able product location. Great assortment of products relating well to a resort type community. Worth stopping by!
Was in the area a month ago on vacation. Decided to visit the service department regarding tire replacement. Tyler service advisor was very friendly and eager to help me out. Walked me through my options. Booked a time for install the next day. Arrived the next day again very friendly service. A very special thanks to Tyler and all the team members at this awesome location. I definitely will plan for servicing my vehicle when in the beautiful area of Port Elgin.
Local people doing a good job for a long time. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Selection is good. Lots of free parking.
I'm from Montreal city and I went to many Canadian Tire it is almost always a bad experience. This time we were on a trip and far away on a camping site and we had a problem with our car. We went to this shop and everyone was incredibly kind. First, this Canadian Tire accept pet inside the store which was really convenient because my dog was in the car and we needed to get the car fixed. Second all employees were nice and explaining to us the problem with the car which was complex and pretty rare. I dont remember all the names of the people who helped us but I want to say a big thanks to Tony, Gary, Taylor and the young lady who gave treats to my dog she was adorable. We need more people like this it is not a question of the shop, store or brand I'm writing this to thank all the people who helped us. It has no price that feeling when you are exhausted and you have to face a problem by your own but life put you people there on your way right time right place just to give you a hand. My English isn't perfect but I think it is pretty understandable what I am trying to say.Thanks again Lydia
I showed up unannounced with my dead car and they went above and beyond to help me out even lending my their shop truck so I could get to the wedding I was attending later that day! And to top it off they're all so nice and they left me a bag of chips to snack on ! 10/10 would recommend
