Ive taken both of my dogs here and I am very happy with the service and prices.When it was time for my 15 year old Border Collie to be put to sleep the staff were kind, compassionate and very sensitive to both my dog and I.As a bonus, the grooming aspect is top notch.
Just called today... waited 5 minutes on hold... seriously understaffed / don't care or busy.I figure if someone doesn't want to get back to you in a timely manner then they probably just don't care. Scary thought when taking your beloved pet to a place like that.
